By using the Spectral Studio applications (the "Service"), you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the apps following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. User Conduct
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- block Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our applications.
- block Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- block Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
3. Intellectual Property
All visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Service provided by Spectral Studio are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
The AminApps name, logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Spectral Studio or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPECTRAL STUDIO, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
