SpeakLocal uses artificial intelligence to generate translations, travel guidance, pronunciation assistance, and other responses.

SpeakLocal includes emergency-related phrases intended to assist communication. However:

• * SpeakLocal does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of emergency translations.

These requests are processed solely to generate responses requested by you.

You may delete this information through the App’s settings where available.

Some SpeakLocal features require a subscription.

Available features may change over time.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store.

By purchasing a subscription:

• * Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• * You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
• * Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s policies.

We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.

SpeakLocal, including its:

• * Graphics
• * Logos
• * Software
• * Source code
• * Documentation

is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.

You agree not to use SpeakLocal to:

• * Generate illegal content
• * Promote violence
• * Facilitate criminal activity
• * Spread malware
• * Infringe intellectual property rights
• * Violate another person’s privacy
• * Harass or discriminate against others

We reserve the right to restrict access to the service if these Terms are violated.

SpeakLocal may rely on third-party services including, but not limited to:

• * OpenAI
• * Analytics providers
• * Cloud infrastructure providers

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.

• * Missed travel arrangements
• * Communication misunderstandings
• * Data loss
• * Service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for SpeakLocal during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if applicable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AminApps, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

We may suspend or terminate access to SpeakLocal if:
