Terms of Use for FanCard AI

FanCard AI is an unofficial AI football fan poster maker. The app allows users to create personalized, football-inspired poster images by uploading or selecting a photo, choosing poster styles, and customizing details such as name, number, and visual preferences.

FanCard AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or connected to FIFA, any football federation, national team, club, tournament, league, sportswear brand, or other third-party rights holder.

All poster styles, templates, and visual themes in FanCard AI are intended to be generic, fictional, or football-inspired. They are not intended to represent official team kits, official tournament branding, official federation designs, or official sportswear products.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, to use FanCard AI.

If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use FanCard AI only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

FanCard AI allows you to voluntarily upload or select photos from your device to generate AI poster images. Uploaded photos may include your face.

You are responsible for the photos and other content you upload, submit, or provide through the app.

By uploading a photo or providing content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• You have the right to upload and process the content through FanCard AI.
• The content does not violate the privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of any person or organization.
• If the photo includes another person, you have obtained appropriate permission from that person before uploading it.
• The content does not include illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, explicit, misleading, or infringing material.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and user-provided content. By uploading or submitting content to FanCard AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, temporary license to process the content only for the purpose of providing the app’s features, including AI poster generation, technical processing, error handling, security, and service operation.

FanCard AI may process uploaded photos that contain a face only to generate the poster requested by the user.

FanCard AI does not use uploaded photos or face data for facial recognition, identity verification, authentication, biometric identification, advertising, tracking, analytics profiling, or building biometric profiles.

Uploaded photos may be sent securely to our third-party AI image generation provider, OpenAI, only for the purpose of processing the requested image generation and returning the generated poster.

FanCard AI does not sell face data. We do not share face data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We do not create, store, or maintain faceprints, face templates, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition profiles.

Uploaded photos may be stored locally on your device so you can reuse or change your selected photo inside the app. Generated posters may also be stored locally on your device if you choose to save them.

FanCard AI uses artificial intelligence to generate poster images based on your uploaded photo, selected style, and customization inputs.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, realistic, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. The output may contain unexpected visual artifacts, distortions, inaccurate details, or creative variations.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated results may vary each time.
• We do not guarantee that generated posters will exactly match your expectations.
• We may refuse, block, or limit certain generation requests if they appear unsafe, illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before saving, sharing, publishing, or using it.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

FanCard AI is intended for creative and entertainment purposes only.

FanCard AI, including the app design, user interface, branding, software, features, templates, prompts, text, graphics, icons, and other app materials, is owned by FanCard AI, its developer, or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, or create derivative works from any part of the app unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and user-provided content.

Subject to these Terms, generated posters created using your own uploaded content may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that your use does not violate applicable law, these Terms, or the rights of any third party.

Commercial use of generated posters is not permitted unless we provide written permission or offer a specific commercial license.

You may not use FanCard AI to create, upload, generate, save, share, or distribute content that infringes or misuses the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

You agree not to use FanCard AI to create content that includes or imitates, without authorization:

• Official sports team names, logos, crests, badges, or uniforms
• Official tournament names, logos, trophies, branding, or artwork
• Football federation names, logos, badges, or official marks
• Club, league, or national team branding
• Sportswear brand names, logos, or product designs
• Celebrity, athlete, or public figure likenesses without permission
• Copyrighted artwork, photographs, posters, or promotional materials
• Trademarks, trade dress, or other protected brand elements

FanCard AI is not responsible for user misuse of generated content. We may restrict, block, remove, or refuse content or generation requests that we believe may violate these Terms, third-party rights, or applicable laws.

You agree not to use FanCard AI to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Upload photos of people without proper permission
• Create misleading, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or harassing content
• Create sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or falsely imply endorsement or affiliation
• Generate content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
• Create political misinformation, fraud, scams, or deceptive media
• Circumvent app limitations, credits, subscriptions, security, or access controls
• Interfere with the app’s operation, servers, APIs, or security systems
• Use automated tools, bots, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access methods
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or generated content without permission

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

FanCard AI may offer credits, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases to access poster generation features or premium functionality.

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Your payment information is handled by Apple, not by FanCard AI.

Credits may be consumed when you start or complete an AI poster generation request. Because AI generation uses third-party processing resources, credits may be deducted even if the result is not exactly as expected, unless otherwise required by applicable law or clearly stated inside the app.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple’s App Store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

All purchases, refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are subject to Apple’s App Store payment policies. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.

Unused credits, subscriptions, or entitlements may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or assigned to another user unless we explicitly allow it.

Payments made through the App Store are handled by Apple.

If you want to request a refund, you must do so through Apple’s official refund process. FanCard AI does not directly process App Store refunds.

We may, at our discretion, provide support or guidance for purchase-related issues, but refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.

Some FanCard AI features may store selected photos, generated posters, app preferences, credits, or usage status locally on your device or through purchase-management services.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple ID.

Deleting the app may remove locally stored content, selected photos, generated posters, or preferences. We are not responsible for loss of locally stored content.

Your use of FanCard AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and retain information, including uploaded photos and face data.

By using FanCard AI, you agree that we may process information as described in our Privacy Policy.

FanCard AI may use third-party services to operate the app, including AI image generation, purchase management, analytics, crash reporting, security, and infrastructure services.

These services may include, but are not limited to:

• OpenAI for AI image generation
• Apple App Store for purchases and subscriptions
• RevenueCat for purchase, subscription, credit, and entitlement management
• Analytics or crash reporting providers for app performance and reliability

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.

If you download FanCard AI from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s applicable terms, rules, and policies.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for FanCard AI, except as required by applicable law. Any claims related to the app should be directed to us, not Apple, unless Apple’s terms or applicable law provide otherwise.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of FanCard AI at any time.

We may add or remove features, change credit requirements, modify templates, update AI generation behavior, or change pricing where permitted by law.

We are not liable if any part of the app is unavailable, modified, or discontinued.

FanCard AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees that:

• The app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, realistic, or suitable for your intended purpose
• Generated posters will not contain visual artifacts, distortions, or unexpected results
• The app will meet all user expectations
• Any errors or defects will be corrected immediately

You use FanCard AI at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FanCard AI, its developer, owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of use.

Our total liability for any claim related to FanCard AI will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or services during the three months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FanCard AI, its developer, owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the app
• Your uploaded photos or user-provided content
• Your generated posters or use of generated content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to FanCard AI at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk, misused the app, or engaged in harmful behavior.

You may stop using the app at any time.

Sections of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, prohibited use, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of FanCard AI after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the app.

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s place of operation, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
