FanCard AI may offer subscriptions, credits, or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We may receive limited purchase-related information, such as purchase status, subscription status, product identifier, expiration date, and entitlement status, to unlock paid features in the app.

Device and Usage Information

The uploaded photo may be sent securely to our third-party AI image generation provider, OpenAI, only for the purpose of processing the user’s image generation request and returning the generated poster.

FanCard AI does not sell face data. We do not share face data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We do not create, store, or maintain faceprints, face templates, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition profiles.

Uploaded photos may be stored locally on the user’s device so the user can reuse or change their selected photo inside the app. Generated posters may also be stored locally on the user’s device if the user chooses to save them. FanCard AI does not permanently store uploaded face photos on our own servers.

Uploaded photos are retained locally on the user’s device until the user removes or replaces the photo, deletes generated content, or uninstalls the app. Temporary processing data is used only as needed to complete the requested poster generation, handle technical errors, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or operate the service.

FanCard AI may send uploaded photos and related generation instructions to OpenAI to generate the AI poster requested by the user.

OpenAI processes this information only to provide the AI image generation service. Uploaded photos are not sent to OpenAI for facial recognition, biometric identification, advertising, or user tracking by FanCard AI.

Apple App Store

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may collect and process payment-related information according to Apple’s own privacy policies.

RevenueCat

FanCard AI may use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, credits, purchase status, and user entitlements. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, and related transaction information. RevenueCat does not receive uploaded face photos from FanCard AI for poster generation.

Analytics and Crash Reporting Services

FanCard AI may use analytics or crash reporting tools to understand app performance, detect crashes, and improve the user experience. These tools may collect technical information such as device type, app version, operating system version, crash logs, and usage events.

These services are not used by FanCard AI to identify users through face data or uploaded photos.

Local Device Storage

Uploaded photos may be stored locally on the user’s device so the user can reuse or change their selected photo inside the app. Generated posters may also be stored locally on the user’s device if the user chooses to save them.

Users may remove locally stored content by deleting or replacing the photo, deleting generated posters, clearing app data where available, or uninstalling the app.

Server Storage

FanCard AI does not permanently store uploaded face photos on our own servers. Uploaded photos are used only as needed to process the requested AI poster generation.

Temporary processing data may be retained only as long as necessary to complete generation, handle technical errors, prevent abuse, maintain service security, comply with legal obligations, or operate the service.

Purchase Information

Purchase and subscription records may be retained as necessary to provide paid features, manage credits, restore purchases, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and support customer service requests.

Support Communications

Some features of FanCard AI may not work without uploading a photo because the app needs a visual reference to generate a personalized poster.

FanCard AI is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country or region.
